A two-vehicle crash at a well-traveled intersection in Cameron resulted in no injuries but left both vehicles damaged just before 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The collision occurred at the intersection of N.C. Highway 24-27 and Nickens Road. According to troopers with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, a Toyota Tundra was traveling from Dalrymple Road and entered the intersection, pulling into the path of a westbound Ford F-150.

The F-150 struck the Tundra in the front passenger-side wheel in a T-bone impact. Both vehicles came to a stop in the southbound lane of Nickens Road, partially blocking traffic for a short period.

No one was injured in the crash, but the driver of the Tundra was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

Emergency responders cleared the scene around 5:45 p.m.
