One person transported to hospital after spinning out on slick road

Published on

A driver was injured after the vehicle he was driving spun out multiple times on Juniper Lake Road. The crash happened just before 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

Authorities say the man came around a curve less than half a mile from Highway 15-501, lost control of the Mitsubishi Lancer on the wet road, and the vehicle did several 360s. The Lancer came to rest several yards in a field.

Moore County EMS transported the man to the hospital for evaluation, and was not seriously injured.
