Woman airlifted after being attacked by dogs

A woman was injured after being attacked by several dogs near Robbins on Monday, according to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.

In a press release, the MCSO says the woman was airlifted after the attack that occurred on Edward Road off of Spies Road just after 2 p.m.

The woman sustained multiple injuries in the attack, all believed to be non-life-threatening.

The three dogs involved in the attack are now in the custody of the Moore County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services.
