N.C. Supreme Court orders removal of RFK Jr’s name from ballots at cost of tax payers

Published on

The N.C. Supreme Court ruled Monday that the State Elections Board must remove Robert F. Kennedys name from election ballots.

This means officials will have to reprint millions of ballots at a cost estimated around $1 million of tax payer money.

Ballots for mail-in voting will likely be delayed weeks after this ruling.

The case was a 4-3 decision along party lines.
