Southern Pines Police investigating theft at Golf Galaxy

The Southern Pines Police Department is investigating a report of larceny that occurred Saturday evening at Golf Galaxy.

According to a news release, officers responded to the store, located at 335 Carolina Green Parkway, around 7:11 p.m. on June 7 after receiving a call regarding a theft. An unidentified individual allegedly selected $1,305 worth of assorted golf clubs and left the business without paying.

Police have released a photo of the alleged suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the individual.
