Severe weather risk for this afternoon

Moore County News is keeping an eye on the weather this afternoon as our area is at an elevated risk of severe weather.

Showers and storms are possible throughout the day, however between the hours of 4 p.m. and midnight, we could possibly see cells that produce damaging wind, hail, isolated tornadoes and heavy rain.
