A two-vehicle collision on Friday afternoon left one car with shattered windows and significant front driver’s side damage.
Troopers say the crash occurred when the driver of a Chevrolet SUV attempted to turn onto Highway 24-27 from Marley Road, crossing into the path of a westbound Chevy pickup truck. The pickup driver swerved to avoid the SUV but was unable to prevent a collision, striking the back end of the SUV.

The pickup truck then veered into a ditch, went airborne, and landed several feet into a field before coming to a stop near a tree line. Reports indicate that tools from the truck bed were forcefully ejected, shattering the back windows and flying into the cab.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
